Ordering a Business Name Just Got a Whole Lot Easier
Setting up a business or company and running it smoothly requires great courage and a huge amount of hard work. We know — we’re doing it alongside you! For most of us, this first leap into entrepreneurship means coming up with a business name and registering it.
At CCASA we know how important it is to get through this stage quickly and with absolute confidence — which is why we’ve added a great new feature to our CCASA Docs online platform. Launched today, this new feature means you can now register or transfer your business name securely online using one simple form. Our developers have worked hard to create this tool, which combines two separate order forms into one streamlined process. You simply choose to transfer or register your business name on the home screen, submit the essential information in the next screen and place your order. Tada! Our highly qualified team will then peruse your order and have the relevant documents and approvals back to you in under two hours.
This process applies to the many compliance documents available through CCASA Docs — so you can see why we’re excited! It really does make company compliance so much easier. Right now you can order legal compliance documents relating to Companies, Discretionary (or Family) Trusts, Self Managed Superannuation Funds (SMSF) and, of course, Business Names. Anyone can use CCASA Docs as a ‘pay as you go’ client (unless you are a credit customer on separate trading terms with CCASA). And remember, all legal documents — such as trusts and SMSFs — are processed by our lawyers or your preferred (registered) legal team.
Soon, larger firms that order more than eight documents a month will be able to pay a set fee of $2,500+GST per month (plus government fees and charges where appropriate) to gain access to as many documents as you choose — all electronically delivered in under two hours. Or for a small fee we can print and post your documents to you. There is no fee per order under the monthly license subscription, so you’ll have all compliance bases covered.
